Caleb Prenevost
Pastor
Caleb grew up in Geneseo, Il. After high school, he attended Champion Christian College where he met his wife, Emilee. They got married in 2010 and he graduated Champion in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Studies.
After a few years of youth ministry in Oklahoma, they moved to the Quad Cities and helped plant Cross Point Baptist Church in 2015. Caleb served as an Assistant Pastor and loved leading the church in congregational singing and one of the weekly bible studies.
In the Fall of 2021, God led Caleb and a team of others to plant Gospel Community Church in Rock Island, IL. He likes to frequent the local coffee shops and enjoys running and playing basketball.
Travis Nunn
Deacon
Travis was born and raised in Illinois. He graduated Moline High School in 2002 and spent two years at Illinois Valley Community College on an athletic scholarship for basketball.
After a career ending injury, he found himself back in the Quad Cities. He met his wife Joetta in the Summer of 2007 and they got married in March of 2008. Together they have eight children.
Through the years, from being a youth leader to being an Awana games director, Travis has served in multiple ministries at different capacities. He has a passion for reaching the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
